With effect from 1 April 2007, Tunisian authorities will enforce the same airline restrictions on hand luggage as those enforced in the European Union since November 2006.
q Liquids, gels and sprays are allowed in containers of 100 ml maximum. They must be packed in a single re-sealable transparent plastic bag of a maximum size of one liter. q Baby foods of reasonable quantity are also allowed for passengers traveling with babies. q Medicines and specific dietary foods are allowed, and must be accompanied by medical prescription in the name of the passenger. q Passengers must present the following items separately at the security checkpoints: - Hand luggage - authorized gels, sprays and liquids - Laptop computers and other electrical devices - Passengers must remove jackets and coats. |
